I live in Sydney Australia and work down by the water near the Opera House. I am 22 years of age and have been studying the art of cooking for five years, and am enjoying it very much. I'm currently exploring the possibilities of working overseas during the next few years. With travell being high on the aggenda i look forward to learning something from chefs around the world.
